When requested testing requires an order or requisition, the patient is responsible for having the required documentation available.
No. EXP's service fee covers mobile collection/transport. Laboratory testing fees are separate unless specifically included in a written agreement.
Our local service area is 0–10 miles from the service base with extended-distance fees beyond that area.
Yes. Facility and recurring group services are available with customized pricing.
